There is no need for an expensive ice cream maker to make this simple 2-ingredient ice cream. This No-Churn Ice Cream recipe we have for you today is a perfect base to add in any flavor. You can make cookie dough ice cream, green tea, cheesecake, cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip and lots more!
With just 2 ingredients, you can enjoy this homemade ice cream. You can be creative and add in flavors to satisfy your cravings. It’s also way cheaper and doesn’t have any chemicals that you usually see in store-bought ice cream.

Ingredients
2 cups (16oz/450ml ) heavy whipping cream, chilled
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Procedure
1. Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold.
2. Using a hand or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cold cream on medium/high speed until soft peaks form.
3. Turn off the machine and pour the cold condensed milk into the whipped cream.
4. Turn the speed up to high and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks form. Turn off the machine and fold in vanilla extract (optional).
5. Transfer the mixture into a plastic container with lid or loaf pan, cover with cling wrap and put in the freezer and freeze for about 6-8 hours or overnight before consuming.
Quick tip: Do you want to make your ice cream a little bit extra? Try out these out and add the ingredients in before you freeze the ice cream base.
Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream: Mix 1 cup cheesecake into 2 cups ice cream base and add strawberry puree.
Cookies and Cream Ice Cream: Mix ⅔ cup crushed Oreo Cookies into 2 cups ice cream base.
Mango Ice Cream: Swirl ¼ cup mango puree into 2 cups ice cream base
Birthday Cake Ice Cream: Mix 1 cup frosted Funfetti cake (or cupcake) into 2 cups ice cream base.
