What to Wear and Where to Find It

Shopping for clothes can be an irritating process, as there is always an internal struggle caused by the desire to save money and purchase clothing that you really like. Despite this obstacle, there are means of finding clothing that will not only alleviate the tension of shopping, but make it enjoyable.

Make sure you have money saved so that you aren’t charging the amount to your credit cards. When creating a breakdown of your accounts, make sure you look at competing banks and you are receiving the best rates out there. You may even consider switching banks, this may be work all the extra hassle in the long run.

Regardless of the season you are shopping for, every wardrobe requires a few essentials such as t-shirts (short and long sleeve), jeans, and sweatshirts/sweaters. These items layer well for winter, and stand on their own just fine for the warmer weather. For these basics, I would suggest visiting UNIQLO. This clothing store dedicates itself to providing basic essentials. You will not find too many items with fun patterns or designs, but you will be able to pick from a large assortment of colors for a decent price. Furthermore, they have a large variety of jackets and coats to pick from for the winter.

For jeans, I would advise giving Levis online store a visit. Not only are they a quality brand, but their prices won’t leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. A pair or two of jeans are perfect for any wardrobe as they can be dressed up or down, and are comfortable any time of year. For more season specific articles of clothing, Levis offers a nice selection of affordable shorts for the summer and Corduroy pants for the winter.

If you are looking for a few trendier items to spice up your wardrobe a little, H&M has you covered. Not only do they carry items for every occasion and season, but they are extremely affordable. Keep in mind, however, that while low prices are not necessarily an indication of cheap products, you may occasionally find yourself with an item that is not up scratch. I would advise shopping in store as opposed to online for H&M.

Beyond the basic wardrobe, each season (winter in particular) requires a few specific items to survive them comfortably. For the colder months, you will want a good pair of boots, gloves, a scarf, and a warm hat to keep you happy. For these items, I would advise shopping at L.L. Bean, a store known for quality products that are guaranteed to last.
