Light and quick soups

When I was small and got sick and had to stay in bed, my Mom would always make me a chicken vegetable soup to settle my stomach and make me feel better. Here are a few chicken soup remedies, I mean, recipes for any occasion when you need to feel better!

This light, delicious soup, full of savory chicken bites and an abundance of vegetables will most certainly lift your heart and help you get better. It’s quite easy to make, too, so you can rely on ingredients that you will most certainly have in your fridge and pantry.

Whole30 Chicken Zoodle Soup

Chicken and noodles, that’s a taste from childhood! This soup is light, yet filling and very easy on your stomach. The combination of noodles, fresh greens and light chicken stock is just perfect  for when you feel under the weather.

Chickpea and Lentil Soup

Now this is when you need something a little more filling than a light soup. Vegetable proteins in lentils and chickpeas, as well as chicken breast and sour cream, will give you that extra strength you need to get on your feet faster.

A great option for a situation where you need to take care of yourself, but don’t have time or strength to cook something more complex than a cup of tea.

This smooth, creamy soup with chicken and butternut pumpkin flavor, sprinkled with a bit of cheese and greens doesn’t have to be cooked on an occasion of not feeling well. It’s just so good, it will make any day better.
