Trick or Treat Halloween Cash Giveaway

Spread the love

With Halloween just around the corner, it’s about time for another cash prize giveaway! This month we’re teaming up with a number of other blogs to offer three cash prizes of $360, $200 and $100 – just think of all the candy you could buy with that much money…

To be honest, I’ve never really “got” Halloween. I’m not into scary movies, I don’t really like dressing up and candy is bad for you. It also strikes me that it’s a very un-frugal holiday. Have you checked the price of candy lately? Let’s just say it ain’t cheap! So, hopefully you can rack up as many entries into the contest as possible over the next three weeks and win yourself a Halloween fund! If you win the grand prize, you might even be able to throw in some decorations.

Despite not being a fan of Halloween as an adult, I do have good memories of it as a kid. I lived in a rural neighbourhood and as such, knew many of the houses that I went trick or treating at. It created a sense of community that you don’t often get in urban areas. Plus, there are more houses – it’s often difficult to trick or treat in a condo! So, if you’re headed out to trick or treat, I won’t judge you ;). What was your Halloween like as a kid?

Don’t forget to enter the giveaway! The contest is open worldwide (you don’t have to celebrate Halloween!) and winners will be paid via PayPal. You can read the terms and conditions in the RaffleCopter widget if you’re curious. Just pick as many ways to enter as you want – they’re all optional.

  1. Great to be co-hosting with you! I don’t get too into Halloween, either, though I did host an awesome costume party back in college! We actually have a bible study that meets every other week and it lands on Halloween, so that’s what I’ll be doing haha.

One of my favourite parts is seeing how creative everyone gets with their costumes

  4. I loved Halloween as a child. The candy, the costumes, the games. My school had a Halloween party that was free to everyone. My favorite game was the “cake walk” a version of musical chairs without the chairs (you stood on mats on the floor). The winner of each game got to take home a cake. Some where made by local bakeries and were really beautiful. I have a lot of fond memories of those parties.
